Marcus Küster is a banking economist. After holding management positions at Hamburger Sparkasse and Commerzbank, he built up sustainable strategy and asset support for philanthropists and non-profit organizations (foundations, churches, associations, non-profit limited liability companies and pension funds) over a period of more than 10 years as a senior family officer in a multi-family office. After the successful implementation of this business model, Marcus Küster moved to Bankhaus Lampe in 2018, where he is responsible for the sales coordination of 14 foundation specialists in 10 branches as well as the topics of sustainability, sustainability committee and positioning of the bank via events and print media. Marcus Küster is married and father of two adult daughters.
