Claudia Rodehüser completed her apprenticeship as a bank clerk at the Landeszentralbank in Düsseldorf. After working in various customer departments at Dresdner Bank AG in Neuss and Meerbusch, she took parental leave in 1994 to devote herself to her two children and her family. She returned to professional life in 2008 at Bankhaus Lampe, since 2012 as an assistant in customer service.
